Our service delivery training is designed to provide participants with the skills, philosophies, language and approach needed to provide outstanding service and care to their client families, and the communities they serve.
Funeral Direction also offers a training program called The Edge, which is an intensive leadership development program specifically designed for funeral industry owners, managers and key employees. An overview of the program and speakers can be found here.
